Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst, Clinical Engineering to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. You’ll turn CMMS and asset data into actionable insights for PMs, uptime, and cost-of-service, while owning data integrity for CE leadership and site managers.

The role requires 5 years in data management, expertise in Power BI, and strong SQL skills, with experience in healthcare data systems. This is a full-time, on-site position across multiple Illinois locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Typically 5 years in data management or analysis – extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data to identify trends and opportunities; demonstrated Power BI dashboard development.
• Healthcare / HTM / CMMS data experience preferred.
• Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• SQL and relational databases; CMMS and asset data systems.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for CE leadership and site managers – PM completion, backlog, uptime, and COSR.
• Extract, manipulate, and transform CMMS and asset data to measure program performance and identify benchmarking opportunities.
• Perform data-quality and validation checks; audit, clean, and reconcile records and nomenclature.
• Develop and automate recurring operational and regulatory reporting (PM compliance, life-support, overdue work orders).
• Prepare and present CE data to leadership; build narratives and forecasts.
• Build the capital-replacement data layer feeding the five-year plan.
• Benchmark CE performance against standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reporting systems and data connections; document data definitions and KPI logic; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
