Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a Senior Clinical Engagement Lead for field-based work across a broad geography. This role builds and manages investigator and site relationships, drives site identification and feasibility, and collaborates with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to advance Beeline's trial portfolio.

Expect regular travel, leadership in site activation, and representation at major scientific forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical research, clinical operations, or field-based clinical engagement.
• Experience managing investigator relationships and supporting site activation and enrollment.
• Experience in immunology or inflammation preferred.
• Experience collaborating with CROs, investigative sites, and field medical teams including MSL partnerships.
• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge of immunology and inflammation.
• GCP/ICH knowledge and FDA regulations governing investigator interactions and site oversight.
• Ability to travel 50%+ as needed, including overnights.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of regional investigator and clinical site relationships across Beeline's portfolio.
• Lead site identification and feasibility activities for clinical trials.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison to investigators at regional/country level.
• Support clinical trial enrollment and retention at sites.
• Communicate clinical landscape intelligence to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
• Partner with Medical Affairs MSLs to align scientific engagement activities.
• Represent Beeline at scientific meetings, investigator symposia, and site visits.
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies to improve start-up, enrollment, and retention.
