Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a Clinical Engagement Lead to act as a senior field-based clinical development professional, building and managing investigator and site relationships across global trials.

This role serves as the primary site-facing liaison with investigators and research sites, supporting site identification, investigator engagement, and trial execution to position Beeline's I&I programs competitively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or related discipline required. Advanced degree (MS/MPH) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical research, clinical operations, or field-based clinical engagement.
• Proven experience managing investigator relationships and supporting site activation and enrollment.
• Experience in immunology, inflammation, or related therapeutic area strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ as needed, including evenings/weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of investigator and clinical site relationships across regions.
• Lead site identification and feasibility activities for clinical trials and provide strategic recommendations on site activation.
• Serve as primary clinical liaison to investigators, facilitating protocol discussions and ongoing engagement.
• Support site enrollment and retention, identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Capture field intelligence and communicate insights to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Partner with Medical Affairs MSLs to coordinate scientific engagement at the investigator level.
• Represent the company at clinical meetings, investigator symposia, and site visits.
• Develop and implement site engagement strategies to improve start-up, enrollment, and site satisfaction.
