Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a Senior Clinical Engagement Lead to build and manage investigator and site relationships globally. This field-based role requires strong scientific credibility and the ability to operate independently across a broad geography, with regular travel and collaboration with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and CROs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred (MS/MPH).
• 8+ years in clinical development, clinical research, or field-based engagement.
• Experience managing investigator relationships and site activation/enrollment.
• Immunology/inflammation experience preferred; knowledge of trial conduct and regulations.
• Strong English written/spoken communication; ability to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage investigator and clinical site relationships across regions.
• Lead site identification, feasibility assessments, and activation recommendations.
• Serve as primary liaison to investigators, supporting protocol discussions and trainings.
• Support patient enrollment and retention through site engagement strategies.
• Communicate landscape intelligence to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs.
• Coordinate with MSLs to align scientific engagement with trial activities.
• Represent Beeline at scientific meetings, symposia, and site visits.
• Develop and implement site engagement plans to improve start-up and enrollment.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff on patient identification and recruitment.
• Monitor enrollment trends and site performance; mitigate risks as needed.
