Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking a senior Clinical Engagement Regional Associate Director to lead a field-based team of Clinical Engagement Leads across assigned regions. You will coach, develop, and align Investigators and sites with trial goals while ensuring high-quality field intelligence and enrollment performance.

The role requires extensive travel (70%+), strong leadership, and deep knowledge of immunology and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or related discipline; MS/MPH preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical operations or field-based clinical engagement roles in pharma/biotech.
• 3+ years direct people management experience.
• Experience leading and developing field-based teams and managing investigator relationships.
• Strong immunology/inflammation knowledge and trial design familiarity.
• Familiarity with CTMS, CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva), and site management tools.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day people leadership for Clinical Engagement Leads, including coaching and performance management.
• Translate clinical program goals into team objectives for investigator identification, site feasibility, activation, and enrollment.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Clinical Engagement Lead talent with HR and operations partners.
• Review and approve site engagement plans and feasibility, advising on site selection and timelines.
• Escalate complex investigator/site issues and coordinate with Clinical Ops, Medical Affairs, and Development leadership.
• Consolidate field intelligence and enrollment metrics for senior leadership.
• Ensure policy-compliant documentation of field activities in CRM and other systems.
• Develop training, onboarding, and playbooks for the engagement team.
