Beeline Medicines is seeking a Clinical Engagement Lead to build and manage investigator and site relationships across global regions, supporting the company’s portfolio of I&I programs. You will serve as the primary field liaison, guiding site identification, feasibility, activation, and ongoing engagement with investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred (MS/MPH).
• 8+ years in clinical development, clinical research, or field-based engagement within pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of immunology/inflammation and clinical trial operations.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage investigator and site relationships across regions.
• Lead site identification, feasibility, and site activation for trials.
• Act as primary clinical liaison to investigators; support protocol discussions and training.
• Support patient enrollment and retention at regional sites.
• Provide field intelligence to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs MSLs to align scientific engagement activities.
• Represent Beeline Medicines at scientific meetings and investigator events.
• Develop site engagement strategies to improve study start-up and enrollment.
