Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Center Clinical Director to directly supervise and train primary care providers at a ChenMed center. You will drive clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and patient satisfaction while spending part of your time in direct patient care as a PCP or in other clinical duties.

You will lead the care team, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with center and market leadership to improve performance and center membership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics required.
• Current, active MD license in the state of employment required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train PCPs in assigned center and lead clinical teams.
• Improve clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Balance direct patient care with leadership responsibilities.
• Lead meetings and drive center performance and member growth.
• Mentor clinicians and partner with operations leadership.
