Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analytics professional to manage multiple healthcare data projects. You will collaborate with clients to define business needs, develop analytic approaches, and deliver actionable insights.

The role requires familiarity with ECQM and quality metrics, strong data management skills, and the ability to present findings to executives. Remote work is available for eligible states, with a standard 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or RN is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.
• Experience with ECQM and quality metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to understand business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and defines population definitions for projects.
• Uses statistical techniques to describe and evaluate data for management actions.
• Develops reports using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
