Advocate Health is seeking a skilled Data/Business Intelligence professional to manage multiple analytics projects. You will collaborate with clients to understand business needs, develop analytic approaches, and integrate data from diverse sources to deliver actionable insights.

Ideal candidates have a health-related bachelor’s degree or RN, with experience in healthcare data and quality metrics, and can work in a largely remote setting across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or Registered Nurse required.
• 2 years experience in health related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.2 years of experience in ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsabilités

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to understand business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends data processes balancing data needs with urgency.
• Understands data context and integrates data from multiple sources.
• Leads review and validation of complex datasets for projects.
• Prepares methods to deliver results meeting ongoing client needs.
• Develops simple to complex BI reports.
• Educates clients in clinical and financial concepts related to data.
• Guides clients through data issues and data quality considerations.
