Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Health Data Analyst to lead multi-project analytics and collaborate with clients to understand and define business needs. You will develop analytic approaches, define population parameters, and deliver BI reports that support decision-making across clinical and financial domains.

Experience with healthcare data and ECQM/quality metrics is preferred. This remote role supports multiple states and requires strong data governance and communication skills, with full-time

Qualifications

• Understands registries and databases; identifies data integrity issues.
• Communicates effectively in verbal, written, and electronic formats.
• Proficient with computer software tools and Windows OS.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of data management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business/technical issues with clients.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs and project scope.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions to meet project needs.
• Recommends data delivery methods to balance data needs and action urgency.
• Generates simple to complex BI reports and educates clients on data concepts.
