Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced analytics professional to lead multiple data-driven projects and deliver insightful BI reports. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, define population definitions, and balance data requirements with action-oriented timelines.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare data, strong communication, and proficiency with BI tools. This is a remote role within select states, with a 40-hour workweek and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or Registered Nurse.
• 2 years experience in health related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to understand business/technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with clients to understand business needs, project scope and deliverables.
• Leads ongoing client interface to develop analytic approaches to requests.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
