Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or RN.
• 2 years experience in health related field.
• Healthcare data experience strongly preferred; 2 years ECQM and quality metrics.
• Knowledge of registries and databases; data integrity issues.

Responsibilities

• Directs and runs multiple, concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluates service requests to clarify business and technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with the department's client to understand business needs, scope, and deliverables.
• Leads the on-going interface with the client to develop analytic approaches.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Proposes data delivery methods balancing urgency and requirements.
• Assists in data integration from multiple sources into a single dataset.
• Builds simple to complex reports using BI tools.
• Educates clients on clinical and financial concepts and their relationship to data.
• Guides data issue handling and data quality considerations.
