Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests with client to clarify business/technical issues.
• Collaborates with client department to understand business needs, scope and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches with clients and defines population definitions for projects.
• Creates reports and dashboards using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
