Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related fields or RN licensure.
• 2 years experience in health related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred, ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with little supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests to clarify business and technical issues.
• Collaborates with client to understand business needs and deliverables.
• Develops analytic approaches and population definitions for projects.
• Uses statistical techniques to describe and evaluate data for management actions.
