Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data analytics professional to lead multiple healthcare data projects from a fully remote location. You will work with clinical and financial data definitions, develop population definitions, and deliver actionable insights.

You will guide clients on analytic approaches, ensure data quality across sources, and create BI reports while educating stakeholders on data concepts and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required.
• Minimum 2 years in health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics preferred.
• Strong data integrity and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Leads evaluation of service requests with clients to clarify issues.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Develops reports using BI tools and educates clients on data concepts.
• Integrates data from multiple sources into a single dataset.
• Validates complex, custom datasets for projects.
• Advises clients on data delivery methods and actionable insights.
