Responsibilities include coordinating with Network Management, Stars, Devoted Medical, and IT teams, plus implementing AI-driven processes to minimize data gaps and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data operations, programs, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical data needs across Devoted Health Plans and Devoted Medical.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across networks and internal teams.
• Analyze data availability across geographies to identify data gaps and data improvement opportunities.
• Define execution plans to maximize clinical data coverage and usability.
• Implement integrations with HIEs, labs, EHRs, data aggregators, and ensure data quality.
• Understand industry dynamics to optimize vendor relationships and data exchange.
• Explore AI-based processes to ensure data is consistently accessible for stakeholders.
• Define and drive KPIs to measure success.
