Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking an experienced leader for the Clinical Data Acquisition Team to ensure timely and usable clinical data for product and operations. You will drive data integration across HIEs, labs, EHRs, and data aggregators, align with Finance, Risk, and Clinical teams, and define KPIs to measure success.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare data operations, strong SQL skills, and experience with data exchange standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, healthcare technology, data operations, and/or program management with track record leading initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems and data exchange methods (SFTP, RESTful APIs, HL7 v2, XML).
• Understanding of CMS interoperability, FHIR, USCDI, TEFCA, and various EHR systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with AI productivity tools; Looker, Snowflake, and GitHub a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical data needs and data usability across Devoted Health Plans and Devoted Medical.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Networks Management, Risk Adjustment, Stars, Devoted Medical, Payment Integrity, and other teams.
• Analyze clinical data availability to identify gaps, reasons data is missing, and opportunities to obtain data.
• Define execution plans to maximize clinical data coverage and usability for stakeholders.
• Implement integrations with HIEs, labs, EHR systems, data aggregators, and other data sources; ensure data quality.
• Explore new processes and AI-driven methods to ensure data availability; define and drive KPIs to measure success.
