Devoted Health is seeking a senior leader to own the multi-year interoperability vision and to build the data-exchange organization across clinical data acquisition, integration operations, and telephony. You will align Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance to move a sprawling landscape in one direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership at scale; built and mentored multi-function teams.
• Genuine command of healthcare data exchange: FHIR/HL7/C-CDA and regulatory rules.
• Proven track record delivering regulation/compliance for API-based initiatives.
• Experience aligning many stakeholders to a single plan and executing it.
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar vendor relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to represent the org externally with providers and regulators.
• Owned multi-year roadmaps and delivered measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year interoperability vision and measure gains in quality, efficiency, and data reliability.
• Define and deliver compliance across CMS and other rules; stay ahead of the regulatory landscape.
• Build and scale the data-exchange organization, including clinical data acquisition and integrations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance.
• Shape a vendor strategy for multi-million-dollar partnerships and reduce integration risk.
• Influence policy and relationships with providers and regulators to determine data exchange terms.
• Translate complex interoperability landscapes into clear leadership decisions.
• Own roadmaps and ensure execution to achieve business outcomes.
