Job summary

Ross University School of Medicine (Ross Med) is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to work onsite with an affiliate hospital. You will manage student documentation, health records, and clerkship readiness, coordinating with hospital administration to ensure smooth orientation and credentialing processes.

You will also handle communications with students, submit paperwork to hospitals, and support planning of academic site visits, while collaborating with GME offices on work-hour requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, social science, or health care.
• 2 years’ experience in education, counseling, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, internet apps, database software; familiarity with NBME/ECFMG/USMLE guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process student documents for core and elective rotations at affiliated sites.
• Review health records and immunizations to meet hospital requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding documents to begin clerkships; coordinate with hospital coordinators.
