Job summary

Bonita House is seeking a Lead Clinical Case Management Supervisor to oversee the SIL program’s referral and intake process, supervise master’s level social work and case management staff, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care. The role focuses on leadership, staff development, and coordinating with multiple agency departments to meet program goals.

The position requires a Master's degree and active licensure, plus several years of direct experience in social work or case management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and active professional licensure.
• At least three years of full-time direct social work or case management experience.
• Commitment to cultural competency and serving diverse populations.
• Experience with individuals facing homelessness and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and supervise a multi-disciplinary team of social work and case management staff.
• Provide training and consultation grounded in evidence-based practice including trauma-informed care and motivational techniques.
• Ensure quality of services and timely completion of participant records and data.
• Implement intake/referral systems to optimize census and retention.
• Oversee case assignments and supervision of staff; coordinate with clinical program leadership.
• Travel locally as required for program oversight and collaboration.
