Job summary

Southwest Network provides integrated behavioral and physical health services to support whole health and wellness. We are seeking a clinical supervisor to lead case managers and rehabilitation specialists, ensuring assessments and service plans are developed and implemented.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, with at least two years of experience with seriously mentally ill adults and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience with seriously mentally ill adults.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to case managers and rehabilitation specialists.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and productivity.
• Ensure assessments and service plans are developed and implemented.
