Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; active license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in California.
• At least three years of full-time social work or casework experience in family or child welfare services.
• Commitment to cultural competency and serving diverse populations.
• Experience with individuals with serious mental health needs and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise a multidisciplinary team and hold weekly staff meetings.
• Provide training grounded in evidence-based practice including trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of participant records and data reporting.
• Oversee intake/referral systems to maximize census and minimize vacancies.
• Monitor program outcomes and supervise staff performance and development.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and maintain community relationships.
