Job summary

IMPACCT Brooklyn is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager Supervisor to lead our Case Management team in delivering exceptional services to clients. You will ensure that all case management activities meet professional standards, fulfill funding requirements, and reflect the organization’s mission and values.

Based at Gibb Mansion and Lexington Senior Residence, you will supervise staff, oversee intake and assessments, develop service plans with clients, monitor progress, and maintain

Qualifications

• Must possess LMSW, or MSW with LMSW within six months, or LMHC with NY license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with diverse populations.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience; residential setting preferred.
• Experience in substance use and harm reduction programs.
• Familiarity with Housing First and trauma-informed approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise case management team and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee reporting and ensure quality of services.
• Provide on-site supervision at Gibb Mansion Residence and Lexington Senior Residence.
• Develop service plans with clients and monitor progress.
• Complete annual psychosocial assessments and reassessments.
• Maintain confidential documentation of all case management activities.
• Collaborate with partners and state/city liaisons.
• Coordinate daily operations of the Social Service Department.
