Job summary

Southwest Network is seeking a licensed clinician supervisor to lead a team of clinical therapists and interns, ensuring integrated behavioral and physical health care and high‑quality client outcomes.

You will partner with the Clinical Director on program planning, review assessments, train staff in best practices and trauma‑informed care, and coordinate referrals while maintaining balanced caseloads and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral health; independent licensure required.
• Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners’ approved supervisor training completed or eligible within 60 days of hire.
• Training in behavioral intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, clinical oversight and consultation to a team of clinical therapists and interns.
• Assist Clinical Director with program planning focused on integrated care.
• Review and approve assessments and service plans completed by behavioral health technicians.
• Train staff on best practices, contract requirements, trauma-informed care.
• Assist therapist and intake specialists with clinical formulations and oversight of clinical interventions and referrals.
• Monitor staffing levels and forecast needs.
• Coordinate and manage therapy referrals.
• Ensure balanced caseloads of therapists and interns.
• Monitor production, documentation timeliness, and clinical effectiveness to improve outcomes.
• Attend Adult Recovery Team (ART) and Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings for clinical recommendations.
• Provide crisis interventions and clinical consultation to staff, ART and CFT.
• Coordinate clinical care and resolve systemic barriers to care.
• Document all services accurately in the medical record.
