Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in a client-facing IT role; SDLC experience; lead discussions and document problem statements.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and lead in meetings with business teams to elicit and understand business requirements.
• Conduct analyses to report emerging business/system/process needs and elevate complex problems.
• Track and drive resolution of needs and requests of business teams within area, in coordination with other IT teams.
• Lead education of business teams around strategy, services, and capabilities; manage change, project management and communication.
• Support development of presentation materials and documents for departmental stakeholders.
• Provide inputs for optimization of standardized business requirement gathering in assigned area.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors; frontline contact for customers.
• Mentor others in the team and train in correct execution of processes.
• Perform other duties to meet department and institution goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
