Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst II to optimize workflow by building applications tailored to meet the health system's needs.

Serves as a subject matter expert and leads small/medium projects with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include leading meetings to elicit requirements, analyzing needs, coordinating with IT teams, and educating business users on strategy, change management, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in a client-facing IT role.
• Experience with structured SDLC methodologies.
• Experience leading discussions and documenting business IT requirements.
• Dorothy or Homecare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and lead in meetings with business teams to elicit and understand business requirements.
• Conduct analyses to report emerging business/system/process needs and escalate复杂 problems when required.
• Track and drive resolution of needs with IT teams in collaboration with other groups.
• Lead education on strategy, services, capabilities, change management, project management and communication.
• Support development of presentation materials for departmental stakeholders.
• Provide inputs for standardizing requirement gathering processes.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors as frontline contact.
• Mentor teammates and train others in process execution.
• Perform other duties to meet department/institution goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
