Responsibilities include directing patient flow, coordinating with ancillary services, supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting education programs. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are expected, with MCW values guiding a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for uniform clinic activities and patient flow.
• Coordinate patient flow between clinics and ancillary services.
• Supervise clinic support staff and manage hiring/evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with MCW policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Handle patient complaints and act as liaison to national education programs.
• Communicate with program managers and participate in meetings.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
