Job summary

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the primary care operations at Capitol Clinic. You will supervise nursing and care‑team staff and work with the Clinic Medical Director to ensure a productive, patient‑centered, financially sound practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments, standards for confidentiality, and ongoing quality initiatives to improve member health and clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or relevant field or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive clinic management experience.
• Wisconsin RN license required if a Nurse (or eligibility).
• CPR/AED certification and driving eligibility required.
• Strong leadership, ethics, and HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct and manage primary care operations at assigned clinics.
• Supervise RN Team Coordinator, RN, Care Team Specialist and Patient Care Technicians.
• Collaborate with Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Leader on day‑to‑day operations.
• Oversee staffing, patient service, and financial performance of the clinic.
