Job summary

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Manager to organize, direct, and manage primary care operations at East Clinic. You will supervise RN Team Coordinator, RN, Care Team Specialist, and Patient Care Technicians, collaborating with the Clinic Medical Director to ensure quality, productive clinical practice that remains financially responsible to members.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, 5 years of clinic management experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or relevant field or equivalent educational training with practice management is required.
• Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a clinic practice setting is required. Experience in similar size/type of organization (managed care) is preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse License required if a Nurse.
• Possession of or eligibility for a valid Healthcare provider CPR/AED certificate is required. Employee must obtain certification within four (4) months of employment.
• Possession of a valid Wisconsin driver license with good driving record and/or ability to provide own transportation to various work locations, as required.
• Leadership and Ethics: Supporting and promoting the mission and strategic vision of GHC-SCW; Ability to work with Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Leader; Ability to support a positive team environment; HIPAA knowledge; Compliance adherence; Demonstrated leadership ability; Excellent communication; Mentoring staff; Diversity inclusivity; Professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct and manage primary care operations at assigned GHC-SCW clinics.
• Supervise RN Team Coordinator, RN, Care Team Specialist and Patient Care Technicians.
• Collaborate with Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Supervisor on day-to-day clinic operation.
• Improve customer service and financial performance of the clinic.
• Support community relationships and expand clinic visibility and market share.
• Uphold GHC-SCW mission and values in daily activities.
