Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking an experienced administrative leader to oversee large clinic operations. This role does not involve direct patient care but focuses on policy, staff supervision, and workflow optimization.

You will coordinate across departments, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with institutional standards while driving efficiency and patient service quality within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare administration preferred.
• Ability to manage personnel and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for uniform clinic operations, patient flow tracking, and records administration.
• Coordinate patient flow between clinics and ancillary services.
• Supervise clinic support staff and handle hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure policies meet MCW standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Respond to patient complaints and act as liaison to national organizations for continuing education.
• Communicate with program managers and participate in department meetings and committees.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
