Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year supervisory or manager experience in general industry.
• Healthcare experience in clinic management or billing/finance preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze data and trends and drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all clinic services across multiple locations.
• Determine staffing levels, evaluate performance and improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate data collection and oversee accounts payable for clinic locations.
• Facilitate quality improvement activities and implement action plans.
• Assist Director on special projects including new clinic implementation.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to grow clinic volume and ensure billing compliance.
