Optum is seeking a Senior Clinic Manager to provide operational oversight across a market of clinics, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services. The role involves leading clinical and administrative staff, hiring, and ongoing staff development in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The position requires travel between multiple clinics, a high school diploma, and clinical staff supervision experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities, is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of infusion setting experience.
• Experience managing clinical and/or administrative staff.

Mansioni

• Assist with creation and implementation of policies and procedures supporting staff and patient care.
• Manage clinic scheduling across the market, including coverage for multiple clinics.
• Identify staffing needs based on growth trends and clinic requirements.
• Manage all administrative and clinical hiring needs within the market.
• Assist with selection, orientation, and ongoing training of clinic staff, including Nurse Practitioners, infusion RNs, LPNs, and receptionists.
• Travel between multiple clinics within the market as needed.
• Supervise Administrative Assistants.
