Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in a health care facility including supervisory experience and budget monitoring.
• Experience in clinic management and provider relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure efficient clinic operations, monitor productivity, and provide operational direction.
• Oversee scheduling, registration, accounts receivable, health information, recruitment, imaging, lab, and clinical services; liaison to corporate departments.
• Partner with market leaders to ensure quality patient services and resolve patient concerns.
• Support mission and strategies; develop and oversee processes to meet policies and goals.
• Establish effective communication with physicians and advanced practice professionals; manage provider relations and orientation.
• Participate in community activities and growth planning for the market.
• Develop and administer policies to meet department and organizational initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform HR duties: interview, promote, develop staff, evaluate, manage compensation and morale.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets; control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct by staff and supervisors.
