Job summary

Upperline Health in Waycross, GA seeks a Primary Care Practice Manager to lead busy clinics, drive operational excellence, and strengthen provider relationships across markets.

You will own clinic P&L, lead staffing and performance management, and partner with regional leadership to implement organizational initiatives. This on-site role requires strong healthcare management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Direct management experience over a clinic team.
• Healthcare management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Track record of leading initiatives and achieving goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an EMR system (Athenahealth a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of in-clinic operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Own clinic P&L including visits, charges, enrollment and staffing.
• Build effective teams through collaboration with providers and staff.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles and manage performance.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor scheduling, referrals, and patient high-risk workflows.
• Lead outreach with PCPs and referring providers to generate referrals.
• Maintain a positive culture and report operational data to leadership.
• Support other duties as needed by Upperline Health.
