Job summary

Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc. in Omaha, NE, seeks a Senior Client Support Specialist to join our Claims team in-office. You will promote the Participating Agent Program, onboard agents, and conduct follow-ups with regional leadership and agents.

The role is 100% in-office with a 40-hour work week and rotating shifts after training. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, active listening, and knowledge of insurance products.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant work experience in call center or customer service.
• Property and Casualty Producer License required or funded by employer.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Market the Participating Agent Program and onboard new agents.
• Handle client inquiries across multiple channels and provide resolutions.
• Train and mentor lower-level staff and perform audits during training.
