Job summary

Moore seeks a Senior Manager, Client Success to lead a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts. You’ll translate client goals into integrated marketing and communications strategies and supervise multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution.

You’ll own the financial performance of accounts, build trusted relationships, drive growth, and collaborate across Moore to expand value for clients while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex client accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of integrated marketing and communications including brand strategy, digital marketing, paid media, content development, PR, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop integrated, omnichannel marketing and communications strategies.
• Own account financials including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and profitability.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with Moore leaders to bring strongest capabilities to clients.
