Moroch is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead day-to-day client relationships and guide strategic communications. You will translate client goals into tactical marketing plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the execution of integrated campaigns across markets.

In this role, you will monitor performance, analyze market trends, manage budgets, and mentor junior staff while upholding Moroch's values of humanity, diversity, integrity, tenacity, and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of agency account management or corporate marketing experience.
• Experience with multi-market marketing across locations or franchises.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and strategic recommendations.
• Translate strategy into tactical marketing plans with timelines and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional campaign execution with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor performance, analyze market trends, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery risks to ensure quality and accountability.
• Develop clear creative briefs and direction for execution.
• Mentor junior team members and support account growth.
