Base pay range

$67,500.00/yr - $97,500.00/yr

Job Overview

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team. The role requires knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and the ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contracts, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director of the department. The position may also involve candidate sourcing, security process management, and coordination of program kickoffs and sustainment activities. Collaboration with the Business Development team to identify and secure new bid opportunities is also expected. The role may include proposal support and operational project execution as a billable resource. It is a support role directly reporting to the Director of the Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update the CRM, including opportunity management, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submission of qualified candidates.
  2. Review and present candidates to clients.
  3. Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring pre-screening, interviews, security clearances, and successful placements.
  4. Manage and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintain knowledge of government contracting processes.
  7. Support client relationship management, communication, and growth initiatives.
  8. Develop organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Participate in deal crafting, business strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  10. Assist in onboarding new clients following successful bids.
  11. Support Business Development activities, including market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in business lifecycle phases.
