Job description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The position of Senior Client Success Representative requires knowledge and capabilities including general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and demonstrable experience in understanding and executing program initiative tasks. This position primarily supports the Client Success department with objectives such as identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisitions, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director level of the department.

Responsibilities may include identifying new candidates for CGS prime and subcontracts, facilitating security processes, and coordinating program kickoff and sustainment activities related to personnel and service needs. The role involves working with the Business Development department to identify and secure new contracts, supporting proposal phases, and potentially contributing as a billable resource during project execution. This role is designed to serve as a direct support to the Director level of the Client Success team.

Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  1. Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards, assisting with pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates against requisitions.
  2. Review and present candidates for client consideration.
  3. Manage a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, ensuring they undergo pre-screens, interviews, security checks, and placement processes.
  4. Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking System.
  5. Participate in creating and maintaining core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Assist in maintaining client relationships, communication, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  8. Foster organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Contribute to deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  10. Assist in onboarding new clients from successful bids.
  11. Support the Business Development team with pricing, market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in various phases of the business development lifecycle.
