Job description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The Senior Client Success Representative requires knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and the ability to understand and execute program initiative tasks. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment efforts for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client programs, and supporting the Director of the Client Success team.

This role may involve identifying candidates for CGS prime and subcontracts, guiding candidates through security processes, and coordinating program kickoff and sustainment activities related to personnel and services. The Senior Client Success Representative will collaborate with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid opportunities to expand CGS’s prime and subcontracting portfolio. The position may also support proposal phases and contribute to project execution as a billable resource. It is designed to serve as a direct support role to the Director of the Client Success team.

Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  1. Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards, establishing pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates against requisitions.
  2. Review and present candidates to end clients.
  3. Manage a pipeline of candidates to ensure they are pre-screened, interviewed, and cleared through security for placement.
  4. Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Create and maintain core documentation and systems.
  6. Maintain knowledge of government contracting.
  7. Assist in maintaining client relationships, communication, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  8. Develop organic growth with existing clients.
  9. Participate in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms.
  10. Assist with onboarding new clients from prime and subcontract wins.
  11. Support the Business Development team with pricing, market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in the business development lifecycle.
