Job Overview

Contact Government Services is seeking a Senior Client Success Representative to support our team.

The Senior Client Success Representative will have knowledge of general business practices, excellent communication skills, experience with technical communication methods, and a proven ability to understand and execute program initiatives. Primary duties include supporting the Client Success department in identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with existing client program tasks, and supporting the Director-level team with various needs.

This role may involve identifying new candidates for placement on CGS prime and subcontracts, managing security processes, coordinating program kickoff and sustainment activities, and working with the Business Development department to identify and secure new bid opportunities. The position may also support proposal phases and contribute to operational project execution as a billable resource. It is designed to serve as a direct support role to the Director of the Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, including opportunity cards, pricing, candidate sourcing, interviews, and submission of qualified candidates
  • Review and prepare candidate presentations for clients
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, ensuring they undergo pre-screens, interviews, security clearance, and placement processes
  • Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Create and maintain core documentation and systems
  • Maintain knowledge of government contracting processes
  • Assist in managing client relationships, communications, opportunities, and growth initiatives
  • Develop organic growth strategies with existing clients
  • Participate in deal crafting, business strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Assist in onboarding new clients from successful bids
  • Support Business Development with market research, technical writing, personnel sourcing, and proposal phases
