Job summary

OSTTRA is seeking a seasoned Client Services professional in New York to lead onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive engagement across core initiatives. You will partner with global clients, mentor junior staff, and help optimize processes to improve service delivery.

In this role you will interface with senior stakeholders, manage key accounts, and contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of OSTTRA services.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of front, middle, and back-office operations and post-trade lifecycle.
• 5+ years in financial technology services and/or banking; OTC and Exchange Traded derivatives experience.
• Familiarity with databases, MQ, email, FTP/SFTP, and common OS platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Troubleshoot complex operational and technical issues across asset classes.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality work output.
• Collaborate on product and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Analyze service metrics and contribute to strategic initiatives.
