SQA Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager II to oversee client relationships, drive contract renewals, and guide service delivery.

You will partner with Business Development, Engineering, Finance, and Digital Services to ensure client satisfaction and value realization across regulated industries. Responsibilities include monitoring client health metrics, managing renewal cycles, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Quality Management in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance frameworks, and industry certifications (AS9100, GMP, GLP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Proactively monitor client health metrics and develop action plans for at‑risk accounts.
• Own and drive the renewal process with internal teams to minimize risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
