Job summary

SQA Services, Inc. in California seeks a Client Success Manager II to drive renewals, client health, and expansion opportunities.

You will coordinate service delivery, manage client relationships, and act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure expectations are met. You will monitor health metrics, lead QBRs, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to translate complex regulatory needs into business value for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Quality Management in regulated industries.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance frameworks, and industry certifications (AS9100, GMP, GLP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing enterprise clients in technical or regulated environments.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM (HubSpot, etc).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory information into client-friendly language.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client health metrics and develop action plans for at‑risk accounts.
• Own and drive the renewal process with internal partners to minimize risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross-sell.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Support other areas within SQA as needed.
