Long View Systems in Denver is seeking a dynamic Manager, Client Success to oversee client and team operations in the Denver branch. You will establish and manage high-standard service delivery processes and align IT teams to meet client expectations across projects.

The role requires 10+ years in consulting or professional services, with 5+ years in a managerial role with budget responsibility, and expertise in ITIL, cloud adoption, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a consulting or professional services environment with 5+ years in a managerial role and financial accountability.
• Proven experience in IT professional services, business transformation and cloud adoption in Microsoft or network technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in ITIL Frameworks within a service management and availability organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with the service delivery team to exceed client expectations.
• Own change and escalation processes with high performance and delivery improvements.
• Monitor, control and support service delivery with established methodologies.
• Manage team utilization and coordinate with resource management for growth.
• Collaborate with recruitment to create accurate job requirements and hire high-quality staff.
• Ensure new team members are onboarded and understand role expectations.
• Remove barriers to help team members complete work and meet targets.
• Ensure accuracy of reporting including forecasting and timesheets.
• Act as a Long View ambassador and foster cross-department communication.
• Lead quarterly Career Life Planning (CLP) experiences for the team.
