Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Denver to own the delivery relationship for one or more customers. You will be accountable for all Delivery services, costs, and related account management such as SLAs, CSATs, Forecasts, and reports.

The role involves leading an on-site deskside team, ensuring service levels, and driving improvements across New Solutions, Projects, and Transitions. A strong background in account management and IT services is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required or 3-7 years of related experience.
• Experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Broad knowledge of IT systems.
• Strong account and delivery skills.
• Strategic and tactical account support management experience.
• Problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Delivery performance to ensure contract SLAs are met.
• Manage an on-site team of deskside services associates.
• Provide leadership in service management to support business operations and transformation.
• Ensure OLAs and SLAs align with supplier agreements and timelines.
• Forecast demand and cost by account.
• Mitigate service failures and improve quality.
• Escalate and drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
• Investigate and report breaches of SLAs and implement solutions.
• Prepare status reports for customers with cross-team collaboration.
• Prepare monthly Availability Management Reports highlighting service exceptions.
