Job summary

84.51° in Chicago is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive retention and growth for a portfolio across Media, Incentives, and Insights. You will lead a small team, coach associates, and cultivate senior relationships with Kroger stakeholders to address business needs and deliver value.

You will own renewal planning, identify expansion opportunities, and guide quarterly business reviews with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable outcomes for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of account management, client success, consulting, and/or business development experience or equivalent.
• Experience in Media, Incentives, Insights, retail media, loyalty, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead client success strategy for a portfolio of clients to drive retention, organic growth, and strong client experience across Media, Incentives, and Insights.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Client Success associates, including performance management and capability development.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CPG clients and Kroger stakeholders to develop strategies and drive outcomes.
• Own portfolio retention strategy, including renewal planning, risk identification, and proactive action planning.
• Identify organic growth opportunities across the portfolio in partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Lead delivery of quarterly business reviews, annual plans, and insights renewals.
• Partner with Product Strategy, Data Science, Finance/Accounting, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to remove barriers and strengthen client outcomes.
