Job summary

84.51° is seeking a Lead Client Success Manager to drive organic growth across Media, Incentives, and Insights for a portfolio of clients, including Kroger teams. You will lead client goals, oversee quarterly business reviews, and ensure flawless execution of insights and activation programs.

You will manage a team of Activation and Insights success managers, collaborating with Sales, Data Science, Finance, and Product Strategy to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7+ years in account management and/or business development, with media/incentives/insights experience.
• Strong ability to maximize investment decisions across a client portfolio.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional leadership team and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vertical business and growth strategy for Media, Incentives, and Insights.
• Own retention strategy and deliver strong client experiences.
• Engage with Kroger Merch Directors and participate in JBPs to align on growth.
