Tree Traction is seeking a results-driven sales professional who can run strategy calls and close deals with tree service owners across the US. You will own follow-up across call, text, email, and voicemail and build your own pipeline for enterprise tree companies and expos.

You’ll work in a fast-growing startup that values proactive ownership, transparency, and teamwork, with health/wellness perks and travel-friendly arrangements.

• By day 30: ramped and at 50% of quota.
• By day 90: closing $75K in new monthly recurring revenue.
• By year one: at or above quota, setting the standard.
