Job summary

NeonPixel is a fast-growing performance marketing partner seeking a Client Success Director to own client relationships, optimize performance, and drive measurable business outcomes for diverse brands. You will analyze campaigns and provide strategic recommendations to clients, guiding them from onboarding to ongoing success.

You’ll oversee $3M–$5M+ in digital spend, deliver data-driven insights, and play a pivotal role in growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing in ecommerce, retail, or agency.
• Direct ownership of $3M–$5M+ in digital ad spend with clear accountability for business outcomes
• Strong command of CPA, ROAS, CVR, and incremental conversions.
• Confident and polished in senior client-facing situations with stakeholders who control budget.
• Technically fluent across DSPs and project management tools.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships from the ground up, managing performance, communicating proactively, and ensuring clients know what's next.
• Analyze campaign data regularly and present clear recommendations in performance reviews.
• Monitor campaigns daily, optimize continuously, and bring a point of view to client conversations.
• Develop strategies tailored to each client's business goals, not templates.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships and propose additional NeonPixel offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of promises.
• Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and CTV, sharing ideas with clients.
